If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel without sufficient notice, you will be charged the full price. For same-day appointments, cancellation may not be possible, and you will still be responsible for the full-service fee.
Children Policy:
Children who are not receiving services are not allowed in the spa area. If children are receiving services, please inform the front desk about their specific requirements. The guardian is responsible for paying any additional upgrades for the children's services.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
We stand behind our services and offer a 3-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us on the original day of service, and we will fix the problem within 3 days. However, clients who cannot return within the given time frame are not guaranteed compensation.
Pricing and Upgrades:
Our prices are available in our brochure and sign holder. Please review the prices before receiving services. If you agree to upgrade or additional services suggested by our technicians or staff, you will be responsible for the payment based on those changes.
Allergic Reactions and Liability:
We are not responsible for allergic reactions due to certain ingredients in our products or burning due to waxing for clients using acne medications, creams, or with sensitive skin. It is your responsibility to inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities.
Feedback and Concerns:
We welcome your feedback, concerns, complaints, or comments. If you have any issues or would like to provide input, please consult our manager so that we can better serve you in the future. We also appreciate compliments and praises.
